Representatives from across our association came together this week for our first Inclusion & Belonging Conference. After we heard an inspiring keynote from Jennifer Brown, our attendees shared how they’re fostering cultures where everyone thrives. Over two days we had engaging conversations about attracting and recruiting diverse talent, understanding and appealing to a changing marketplace, and developing effective employee resource groups. #Inclusion
Thanks to the incredible support of the Slow Down, Move Over campaign and a dedicated partnership with NAPA Auto Parts, we sold more than 26,000 t-shirts and raised over $100,000. The proceeds will support proactive safety measures like variable message signs, HAAS alerts, and also help fund the Survivor Fund at the International Towing & Recovery Museum. Saving lives is in AAA’s DNA, and with more safety measures in place we can help protect our emergency road service providers. Let’s work together to protect those who keep us moving. #MoveOver #SafetyFirst #RoadsideSafety
Last week, our team came together for a meaningful company-wide Town Hall, led by our CEO, Gene Boehm. It was a chance to connect, stay updated, and reaffirm our commitment to our mission. We were energized by inspiring presentations from our new Chief Brand Officer, Meg Lane, as well as insights from leaders Dave Ugan and Stacey Barber, who shared pivotal lessons from their own journeys. Additionally, Jake Nelson, our Director of Traffic Safety & Advocacy, provided an important update on our safety initiatives. Following the Town Hall, we celebrated with a Thanksgiving-themed lunch, creating an opportunity for teams to relax, connect, and embrace the spirit of gratitude. Today was a day of thankfulness and pride for the impact we’re making together. A heartfelt thank you to all of our associates for their dedication and the positive difference they’re helping us create.

We joined with AAA-The Auto Club Group to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community and our commitment to diversity and inclusion through our PRIDE Employee Resource Group’s participation in Saturday’s Come Out With Pride Orlando parade. (Shout out to our Aliyah Proctor, PHR, who is a first-year board member for the event!)
We’re proudly wearing pink and gearing up for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks in Orlando and Washington, D.C. this Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Many of our associates have been personally affected by this disease, which remains the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women in the U.S. Together, we’re walking for awareness, hope, and a future without breast cancer. #BreastCancerAwareness #MakingStrides #StrongerTogether #WalkForACure https://www.linkedin.com/posts/aaanational_breastcancerawareness-makingstrides-strongertogether-activity-7254932818059784193-RDM4?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop
Today, we hosted a heartwarming adoption event benefitting the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando!🐾 We sold travel pet bowls, collected donations, and helped adorable puppies and kittens find their FURever homes. The highlight was the BARKtober Fashion Show, where our Associates and their fur babies strutted the green carpet in style! 🐶🐱🎉 Plus, we were thrilled to present Pet Alliance with an additional $5,000 donation from AAA Cares to further support their incredible work. Thank you to everyone who supported this cause. Your generosity is helping animals in need! hashtag#PetAlliance hashtag#BARKtober hashtag#SupportLocalShelters hashtag#FurBabies hashtag#AdoptionEvent
CEO & President Gene Boehm got a behind-the-scenes look at the work our Automotive Engineering team does to support our mission of making roads safer for everyone. He spent time hearing about current projects and even got to play the role of a AAA Engineer for a bit. This team of highly experienced individuals tests everything from the quality of our AAA-branded batteries to new vehicle technology to consumer adoption of EVs/Hybrids.
The AAA Information Security team partnered with AAA Cares in a laptop buy-back program for our Associates. For a $50 donation, interested associates received an older laptop for personal use, with proceeds benefiting the community. Today, our AAA Cares leaders presented Rescue Outreach Mission of Central Florida, the only emergency homeless shelter in Seminole County, with a check from the sale proceeds.
