Check out the Sanford Porchfest! The annual music event was co-founded by two AAA associates. Tens of thousands of Central Floridians gather in Sanford to hear local musicians jamming on porches. Not only is it a good time, but it raises money for the arts in Seminole County.
We have some exciting news to share … Gene Boehm will join AAA as the new President and CEO Designate as of April 1. Gene is taking the reins from current President and CEO, Marshall Doney, who will retire after an impressive 40-year career with AAA. We’re wrapping up our first reverse mentoring program, where senior leaders gained new insights from younger associates about topics including tech tools, digital community, and the communication styles of Gen Z and millennials. Our mentor-mentee pairs also found they had a lot in common as they forged friendships and professional connections. #NationalMentoringMonth
