Before an ADT device ever enters a customer’s home, an intricate process has already unfolded behind the scenes. It begins long before an order is placed — sometimes more than a year in advance — with careful forecasting and coordination to ensure the right parts are available when they’re needed. Getting ADT's security and life-safety devices to customers is a highly complex process that involves months of planning with vendors, synchronized coordination of supply chain logistics and meticulous attention to detail from our distribution center teams.
This Veterans Day, and every day, we honor the courage, leadership, and service of our veteran employees. Through ADT’s Veterans BERG, team members like Jessica, support one another, and celebrate their shared commitment to service. We’re proud of the mission-driven mindset our veterans bring to ADT, allowing them to lead with integrity, lift others, and make a lasting impact. Thank you to all veterans for your service.
After serving in the U.S. Navy, Jessica Rodriguez found a new mission at ADT by helping to protect what matters most. Her story is a powerful example of how veterans bring leadership, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose to the workplace.
For many, October is a month of quiet remembrance. It’s Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, a time to honor the strength of those who have experienced loss and to recognize the love and resilience carried through every step of the journey. Mental wellness is a core focus at ADT. One way that commitment comes to life is through the Mental Wellness Business Employee Resource Group (BERG), an employee-led community that promotes open dialogue, peer support, and access to resources that prioritize emotional well-being. The Mental Wellness BERG recently expanded to include a dedicated Infertility & Loss Pillar, offering support to employees navigating one of life’s most personal and often silent struggles. This new pillar was born from one employee’s courage to speak up and create space for others.
As a Business Sales Representative at ADT, you’re not just selling security, you’re serving a great purpose. You’ll work with small business owners to understand their unique needs, build trust, and deliver solutions that help them grow. It’s a role where you’ll boldly shape the future of local entrepreneurship. An example of your impact can be seen through the story of a Baltimore pizza shop. The owner turned to ADT to protect his business, his team, and his peace of mind. With ADT’s smart security solutions, he can now focus on what matters most: serving his community.
On ADT's 151st birthday, employees from our Boca Raton, Florida, headquarters celebrated the local community at a volunteer event to kick off our expanded ADT Safe Places partnership with the Fuller Center. The nonprofit organization serves more than 1,100 children and 700 families each year across South Florida. Through a $55,000, three-year commitment, in-kind support and volunteer efforts, ADT is helping expand programs that deliver powerful results, including the Fuller Center’s remarkable 100% kindergarten readiness rate, compared to the state average of 43%. This investment underscores our belief that communities are stronger when they are connected.
Innovation moves faster when more perspectives are at the table. At ADT, women engineers are driving the future of tech by building smarter systems, driving product quality, and fostering inclusive teams that move technology forward. Tiffany Vo, Firmware Engineer, and Laura Woods, Lead Senior Quality Engineer, are making a measurable impact on the customer experience while supporting a culture where people and ideas grow.
Ongoing innovation has driven ADT’s success in the security industry for more than 150 years. Sometimes that innovation is evident in our partnerships with companies such as Google and State Farm, or our new products and services such as the ADT+ Security System and Trusted Neighbor™. As importantly, ADT has also evolved when it comes to customer experience. It started with a simple question: How does a company keep up — and elevate — its customer interactions with so many buyer paths now available? ADT’s answer stems from a group of leaders with a grounding in customer care and a drive for innovation. Todd Dernberger, Amy Root and Jonathan Marvin all began their careers at ADT in customer-facing positions, answering calls and visiting clients. Now, as company leaders, their deep experience is helping transform the ADT customer experience.
During a recent Miami Marlins and loanDepot park Tuesday home game, ADT Patrol Officer Fernando Gutierrez was recognized as the Hero of the Game — joined on the field by our VP and Chief Marketing & Communications Officer DeLu Jackson! For 27 years, Fernando has been a trusted protector in his community — responding to alarms, safeguarding homes and businesses, and always looking out for others. Earlier this year, while on duty in a neighborhood near Los Angeles, he noticed an autistic man who appeared lost and alone. Trusting his instincts, Fernando approached and discovered the young man had been missing for four days. Thanks to Fernando’s compassion and quick action, he was safely reunited with his family.
Deepti Mendiratta’s 24-year career in IT is a powerful example of how technical expertise, creativity, and leadership can drive significant business outcomes. Starting her journey in India with a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, Deepti worked with major organizations like Entity Data and Fidelity. However, it was her move to the United States—and ultimately to ADT—that gave her the platform to make an even greater impact.
