Over the last five years, it has been amazing to see our Moguls program grow to what it is today, an entrepreneurial pitch competition aimed at building social capital and tackling economic mobility. The #MogulsintheMaking program contributes so much to our culture here at Ally, including some of the students who’ve become part of the Ally team. Just in time for the 2023 pitch competition, we’re excited to introduce episode 2 of our Life @ Ally series – Moguls in the Making edition. #MogulMADE #LifeatAlly

To close out #BlackBusinessMonth, some of our very own allies spoke on the "Stories We Tell Ourselves About Money" panel at the third annual Fearless Fund Venture Capital Summit. Black business owners account for 10 percent of the U.S. businesses and about 30 percent of all minority owned businesses. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, that amounts to approximately two million companies owned by African Americans. The mission of the #FearlessVCSummit is to change that narrative, diversify the VC space, and educate women of color about Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship. As a proud sponsor and ally, our goal is to join that mission and help bridge the gap.
