Lance Harvill, Cook at Morning Pointe of Spring Hill, TN, is a professional Singer, Musician and Songwriter. He has performed with Kid Rock, Rex Brown and others, and his music has been featured in commercials and TV shows. As a self-employed musician and single father of 2, Lance wanted to do something more steady. He started working at Morning Pointe in January 2023. “It’s so easy to come in to work. I love making the residents happy. They are a joy to be around." He not only works at the community but also frequently performs, much to the residents' delight.

Meet Lori Cooper, the new Executive Director at Morning Pointe of Lexington-East, Kentucky. “Lori comes to us from a facility in Louisville where she would once a month choose five or six residents to eat lunch with," said Staci Dennis, Regional Vice President. "She has already brought that compassion and devotion to her staff and residents at Morning Pointe." Lori has 5 years of experience in Senior Living with a background in healthcare administration and counseling.

Meet Angie Gay, the new Executive Director at The Lantern at Morning Pointe of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and a Nurse of 24 years. “Memory care is different than any other type of nursing," Angie said. "Even though the residents might not always be able to communicate, each individual has a history and their own special personality. Meet Loretta Cameron, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Morning Pointe of Richmond, Kentucky. She is the Lead CNA on first shift and has been a CNA for 25 years, 10 of those with Morning Pointe. During the pandemic, she started cutting male residents' hair, and even now, the men prefer her to be their stylist! "I feel like God has called me to take care of the elderly,” Loretta said. “They’re like the grandparents I never had. And our team is really great here."
Welcome to Pam Turley, Executive Director at our newest Morning Pointe Senior Living community, Morning Pointe at Happy Valley in Walker County, Georgia! The building is under construction and is slated to open in late 2023. Pam will help open the assisted living and memory care campus and oversee operations. Pam has been an RN for 37 years. Her career has encompassed home health care and senior living, including both assisted living and memory care. “I was always drawn to seniors, even in nursing school,” Pam shared. “I love their depth of knowledge, and I always found senior living to be fun.
