Viera, we're on our way. 🧡 A new Orlando Health campus is coming to Brevard County — bringing advanced care, expanded access and over 1,000 new jobs to the Space Coast. 🌴The first phase of this project is a freestanding emergency room that breaks ground this month between Lake Andrew Drive and I-95. A new seven-story, regional hospital and medical office building will follow. “With the addition of this new facility, we will continue to build on the level of healthcare services that the community deserves and has come to expect from Orlando Health,” said Ohme Entin, president of Orlando Health East Region and SVP Orlando Health.

To continue enhancing patient care across the Southeast, Orlando Health today announced plans to acquire RMC Health System in Northeast Alabama. Located in Anniston, RMC is a not-for-profit health system that includes a 375-bed medical center, outpatient facilities and specialty practices serving patients throughout the east-central portion of the state. The acquisition is expected to close by the fall of this year with RMC, its facilities, team members and physicians becoming part of Orlando Health’s Alabama Region at that time.
