Brittanie shares her advice for someone considering a role at Qualtrics: "Recognize what to do when you fail – it’ll happen. You have to be someone who is mentally tough. You have to be motivated to find a way to be better." #QualtricsLife
Any tips for someone who is considering a role at Qualtrics? Take it. This internship has helped me so much with sales skills. It’s completely revolutionized my understanding of how to write, speak to people, answer questions, etc. No one micromanages you here at Qualtrics. But there are definitely some things that work better than others and it’s your responsibility to ask for help to figure out what those items are so you can be as successful as possible.
Qualtrics – and in particular my boss – created a safe space for communication about my career to happen. It’s important to realize you need to raise your hand and say what you want. Saying “I care about these things” allows someone to help you work towards that goal.
We can't help but celebrate epic milestones and in mid-July, we had a chance to do just that! We welcomed the single-largest starting class of Qualtricians in Qualtrics history on July 15th, with 75 people starting globally. Check it out!
Environmental Sustainability at Qualtrics with the Green Team in Dublin The “Green Team” was founded in Dublin in June of 2018 to promote sustainability at Qualtrics by encouraging and guiding corporate responsibility. Our vision is to empower Qualtrics employees to make greener decisions, both in the office and at home.
"Joy is the biggest motivator for me. My desire to be joyful drives my career, my relationships, and my whole life. I find the truest joy in building and fostering relationships with people and recruiting allows me to do that in a uniquely professional and profound way."
"I have always loved pursuing growth and positive change; both for myself and the people around me. I can find meaning in any task because I am actively trying to find ways to improve it for the next person or use it to positively impact the people around me. Qualtrics has given me so many opportunities to do that." http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMtE3
"I decided to give Qualtrics a chance and applied as one of the first engineers in Krakow to help to bootstrap the office. The interview process convinced me that this was a good decision: all interviewers were extremely transparent and unanimous that Qualtrics gives problems to solve, not solutions to implement." http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMF2D
One of my ‘why’s is for my world, and the world around me, to be better than yesterday. I take great pleasure in seeing someone else grow and to be a part of that. In my personal life, this could be from teaching my Grandmother how to use email or helping a friend prepare for an interview. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vM9gN
My why is culture. Once I graduated college I knew I wanted to get out of Florida to experience new things and meet new people. After researching Qualtrics for my interviews I was obsessed with everything about Qualtrics. But what really drew me in was the culture. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMPIG
