What does it mean to be a PE? I've always strived to educate myself and further my knowledge, so obtaining my professional engineering license was an important milestone. As someone who enjoys solving problems, being a PE has allowed me to take my problem-solving skills to the next level, making me a sought-after resource within my department and company, which certainly benefits my career. More than that, the PE license places responsibility on qualified individuals focused on providing safety and quality on projects to protect the team, the public, and myself. It's truly a privilege to be among these qualified individuals! ~ Ryan Wilson, PE Ryan is an electrical engineer who supports our healthcare, commercial, and education clients. He has designed electrical systems for a wide array of projects that range from small renovations to complex additions and greenfield facilities. Ryan has over a decade of experience and is a licensed professional engineer in seven states: Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, and West Virginia. #LicensedPEday

PRESS RELEASE: SSOE Proud Sponsor of 2019 Toledo Jeep Fest.
Green vibes only: when our employees in León learned of an event promoting reforestation in the wooded and mountainous Sierra de Lobos, they pulled together the resources to make sure SSOE was there. Our Sustainable Design Committee sponsored our involvement, but our employees in Mexico did the heavy lifting, spending their Saturday traveling over an hour each way to dig, pull, plant, and fill. The result was over 50 new piñon pinesânut-producing trees native to the area known to increase soil nutrientsâplanted by our team alone. #SSOEmexico #SSOEcares
