In March 2020, the COVID pandemic forced our entire industry to shift to remote work—something few firms had contemplated and none preferred. Most firms survived and performed better than they expected. We had a blast at this week’s JA Inspire event at downtown Toledo’s Glass City Center. Students in grades 8th-12th engaged in hands-on experiential exhibits, including our interactive 3D model activity. The event aims to expose these students to various career paths.
