Feeling the push toward clean energy transformation? SSOE's Jennifer Breault, Senior Architect, and Jason Smith, Senior Project Designer, co-authored this Area Development article that outlines how facility developers and owners can meet their net zero energy goals.
With SSOE offering a hybrid work model that allows employees the option to work in the office or remotely, we’re intentional about bringing our teams together regularly to connect. Our office in Mumbai recently held a "collaboration week" filled with plenty of opportunities to do just that with activities like box cricket, an in-office lunch, and a Saturday visit to the water park organized by our Employee Club. Senior Vice President of People and Culture Brad Rowe took the long flight from the U.S. to Mumbai to join in on the fun, proof that providing access to leadership isn’t just something we say we do. #SSOEindia #chooseSSOE

Last week, a few members of our Building Design Group attended the Columbia Chamber's “Power in Heels” event. Held at the Columbia Museum of Art where we served as the original architect of record in 1995 and once again in 2016 for a major renovation, the event offered great networking opportunities, a women in leadership forum with standing room only, and free ice cream from The Chillin Cow. #SSOEsoutheast
On Friday, SSOE joined Ford Motor Company—our oldest client—at the BlueOval City LIVE event in West Tennessee. Thank you to the Tiger family at TSU for the southern hospitality! #SSOEsoutheast #chooseSSOE

Our Building Design Group was thrilled to be involved in and sponsor this year’s Association for Learning Environments (A4LE) Midwest Great Lakes Region Conference in Columbus earlier this week! It was exciting to discuss our K-12 design experience at the regional architectural design competition that showcases the evolution of learning spaces that results from collaboration with educators, students, and community representatives.
