"One of the many reasons I wanted to join Thomson Reuters was the company’s Work from Anywhere policy. Last month, I was able to enjoy an extended Christmas break with my parents and siblings in Mumbai, India. My manager was accommodating and encouraged me to adjust my hours to local time zones to ensure I could balance work and spending time with my family. I will always treasure these memories – and the delicious Mumbai street food." Desiree, Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer, Toronto

In November, Reuters celebrated 150 years of operating in Japan - the longest-standing international news brand in the country! Melynie, a Reuters Account Manager in Tokyo, reflected on this historic milestone. "Extremely proud to have been one of the core members in planning the 150th-anniversary celebration of Reuters in Japan. On November 11th, we invited 150+ guests and partners to help us celebrate this monumental occasion. Although I have only been at Reuters for a little over seven months, preparing for this event allowed me to see firsthand how deeply Reuters has spread its roots in Japan and how we have continued to support Japanese news media and companies. I'm thankful for the opportunity to meet amazing people across all divisions within the Japan office, as well as in our Australia, Singapore, UK, and US offices!"
