"Since I joined Thomson Reuters two and a half years ago, I have experienced the collective dedication to fostering connections and providing development tools. In my initial role as an Associate Editor Contractor, I developed my research and editorial skills by taking on new content projects and collaborating with senior editors. After a year and a half, I transitioned into a "flex" Associate Editor role, supporting multiple services and implementing efficient processes across teams. Within ten months, I was promoted to Senior Associate Editor for Practical Law's Bankruptcy & Restructuring service.
