The interview process was initially very nice and well communicated. I had one phone interview and then went to their office for in-person interviews with 3 employees. After having a good interview, ActiveCampaign continued to follow-up with me promising updates on the position, and even scheduled a follow-up call. After one month of this, they have now told me they do not anticipate having an update any time in the near future, due to internal hangups in the company. I found it extremely unprofessional to have me go through the entire interview process before even being certain whether or not they needed the position filled. Not to mention, the continued emails strung me along for too long, and I found it extremely disappointing. It seems as though ActiveCampaign should get a little more organized before taking potential candidates the interview process, let alone posting the position online.
