Entire interview process was smooth and engaging. There were six rounds of interview, spanning over two months and adequate time gap was provided between each round. There was a technical questionnaire to begin wit, then you have a screening, then a live break fixing technical round, a behavioural round by manager, followed by another round by director and lastly the salary discussion. Interviewers were really friendly and casual that I did not feel any pressure at all. While being casual, they thoroughly check if you're fit for their values, remote culture and all. Technical round was not very difficult, you just need to prove that you have some basics and you're good at googling :D. I would suggest one gets familiar with gitlab application before the interview. I guess more focus was on the behavioural interviews. One has to go through the handbook, especially their values to attend those rounds confidently. So, be prepared with the values part and be ready with some real life examples if possible.
