I applied online for the job and took the online assessment test, i got a call a week later to take an in-office reasoning test, I'd have to say that the test was quiet difficult, however anyone who had recently took the sat or gmat shouldn't be really affraid of it. I strongly advise to view the online sample to check your weak points and be able to work them through!
