Dominium’s Phoenix Regional Office corporate employees swapped their cubicles for our Casa Azure community for a day! Our team rolled up their sleeves to assist Casa Azure’s property management team in moving seniors into their new homes in Phoenix. This was a fantastic opportunity for our teams to unite and experience firsthand the immense effort that goes into building and operating affordable housing. Government Relations Manager & Team Lead Sarah Shambrook shared, “While navigating the often-divisive public process surrounding affordable housing development can be challenging, it’s incredibly rewarding to witness the tangible results of our efforts and hear residents share their excitement about their new homes.” Development Associate Rodrigo Dorador also reflected, “I had the opportunity to witness my colleagues walk future residents through the application process, put the finishing touches on homes ready to welcome new residents, and even help a resident identify the accessible route near her home.” We are immensely proud of all the hard work our teams do here at Dominium. Casa Azure, along with Aviara Flats, are adding over 500 homes to the City of Phoenix’s affordable housing options.
