Dominium, in Partnership with Rural Neighborhoods, Closes $16 Million Affordable Housing Pro Bono Project in Gainesville, Florida
We are excited to celebrate the closing of the Exodus II project! Located in Minneapolis, MN, Exodus II is the second pro bono project closed by Dominium in partnership with Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Upon completion in 2022, the $70M project will provide 203 housing units for individuals experiencing homelessness. Thank you to our internal development team of Jeff Huggett, Katessa Archer, Travis Fauchald and Jennifer Wingness for working diligently to close this project. We also thank the Minneapolis Housing and Financing Agency for their determination of Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, as well as their issuance of HIB bonds for the project. Thank you to the CDEs that committed tax credit equity in the NMTC transaction and special thanks to Winthrop & Weinstine. We are thrilled to announce that we have officially closed on the acquisition of our new Home Office - the Crest Ridge building located at 11055 Wayzata Blvd., Minnetonka, MN 55305. This new office represents a significant milestone in our company’s history and will be able to accommodate our growth as an organization for years to come. Renovation of the new office will begin in early 2020 and will provide a workspace that our employees can be proud to call HOME. “We are excited to move our headquarters to the Crest Ridge building,” said Paul Sween, Managing Partner of Dominium. “The building’s location, amenities and space are an ideal fit for our growing business.
