Sitting all hours of the night waiting for a crank call is very tedious - When Support.com stated outsourcing to foreign countries we lost at least 40% of our customers

The whole company is work from home so not much to say other than it is good for that. Working from home does make separation between work and free time feel a little stressful perhaps unless you have a dedicated office just for work and nothing else. You also have to have a very quiet environment to take calls or there will be issues.

Working from home is great but after a few years here you can feel kind of isolated and start having issues separating work and home life.

Turns out i didn't care for work from home personally. Your home and office become the same place there is no where to go when work is over you spend so much time in the house all you want to do is get out it made me stir crazy

Work from home with your PC. No special hardware needed. Be wary, if you have any internet or power problems you will not be given any leniency. Any absenteeism or tardiness for any reason is not acceptable.

The best thing about working from home is never having to leave my home unless its for errands or fun. The worse thing is that I am often tethered to my computer because of the nature of the job. My next home must have a dedicated office suite with a private half bath and a kitchenette so I never have to interrupt my breaks to grab a snack or use the restroom! Also, I did not have wireless headphones of my own!
