I mean, I work from home so that's good. But other than that, no. I had to upgrade my monitor and then once I started training, I was told I'd actually need three, one was too few and I would be struggling.

You can work from the comfort of you own home, your own equipment, and you have access to a help line if you start having issues with your pc. this company understands these things can happen and will even offer an extended technical lead if need be to repair your machine. the method for communication is by voice meetings once a week, you use internal company chat programs to talk with other people on your team assuming you may need any help, and you always have access to a supervisor. VTO and overtime are always plentiful, this place is awsome to work for.

Working from home was the best part of this job, the company provided some specific hardware that you might have not specifically had. Otherwise just a computer, a phone, and an internet connection was needed to perform this job. Preferably a desktop computer with multiple monitors.

Working from home has its pro's and con's. Not having to get dressed, burn gas, and sit in traffic every day is a big pro. Not leaving the house, and sitting around all day leads to weight game and cabin fever.

Working from home is the best part of working for support dot com. If I had to commute, the job would not be worth it.

The best part is working from home. Not doing a commute is wonderful and saves more time and money than you may think. The worst part is probably the schedule. Its based on performance but with so many employees someones gotta take the bad shifts and there is nothing you can do about that except quit. And they don;t care if you do. Out you go in comes someone else.

While working from home is great, working for SDC is not.
