Completely work from home, they even provide a headset, albeit a cheap one.

You can work from home and expectations are reasonable, however if you do not have good enough equipment ( meaning not an old computer) you cant do the job. Also, their requirements for taking calls and conducting work are very strict.

You get to work where it makes most sense. Most employees are actually work-from-home.

To put it simply...I love my job and I love the ability to work from home. My management team is amazing. I get the feeling that they actually care about what goes on. There are always opportunities to move up so long as you show your skills and push for a promotion....they do not just hand them out!

Work from home was ok at the start. Not for everyone. Got old pretty quick.

nice, but also has its technical difficulties since sometime internet isn't very stable for everyone, power outages, and weather also can cause missed days.
