BrightSpring Health Services Direct Care Provider interview questions

I went in and they asked me very basic questions that could've answered from my application or resume. I answered each one with ease, both women were super chatty which was nice. I was told I would hear something by the end of the week and I didn't. I called to ask about the job and no one could give me an answer other than, "don't call us, we'll call you." I waited and waited, then three months later I got a call to re-interview and they hired me on the spot.

The interview, casual - about ten to fifteen minutes. I was asked, if I had a car, a current driver’s license, any points on my license, had ever been arrested, and if I was seeking full time employment. A brief description of the job/ was I interested?/ Hired on the spot.
