We would like to #recognize our Call Center teams who work with our consumers to help them find their path to economic freedom. Our Account Managers use their power of communication to create a deep connection with consumers to show them we care, by engaging in honest, empathetic, and respectful conversations. Our Call Center teams focus on having a positive #impact on our consumers' lives, especially in 2020, where the Call Center teams were challenged in many ways but pushed through by living our #values of We Care, We Find a Better Way, and We are Inclusive and Collaborative every day.
We believe in nurturing a culture where peers take time to recognize and appreciate one another for all they do. Last week, our Happy & Healthy Committee created customizable, holiday-themed greeting templates for employees to send coworkers to recognize their gratitude. We had over 40 and counting appreciation grams shared through this program. We hope that employees enjoyed yet another creative approach to sharing appreciation for one another!
We created the Happiness Committee to provide resources that teach skills and habits for happiness. The Committee began its first initiative in 2020 by sending daily “Happy-Grams” on topics including mindfulness, wellness, compassion, and gratitude.
