We are proud to have employees who are so passionate about green initiatives. An employee at our MCM Costa Rica site created Ecobricks which are plastic bottles packed with solid non-recyclable trash such as straws, Styrofoam, bags, used plastic, etc. The density from these Ecobricks can help create a foundation to build all kinds of structures such as furniture, planters, and other small household structures. From these Ecobricks, our employee was able to create a small fabric-covered stool.
In India, MCM recently organized a donation drive to support relief efforts in the flood-hit India state of Assam. Over 200 employees contributed to the initiative, and the organization matched the final amount raised. The funds will be channeled through our charity partner, OXFAM India, to assist in rehabilitating displaced families from weaker economic sections.
Last week, we launched Department Recognition Day. To kick the series off, we recognized our IT Service Management Department; from our Service Desk team, to the Desktop team, to the Incident/Problem/Change (IPC) & Network Operations Center (NOC) Team, and many others who have contributed to the work from home effort these past few months ? thank you! These teams continue to go above and beyond to enable employees to WFH, handle high volumes of service requests, ensure virtual New Hire orientations run smoothly, update the business on IT management processes and changes, and many more. We celebrate their success!

MCM, in India, reiterates its commitment towards building a safer and healthier community by donating ~ USD $65,000 to the Haryana Corona Relief Fund. We take pride in being responsible corporate citizens and are doing our part to support our community in these difficult times.
Our employees in Costa Rica answered the call to help those who are struggling during these challenging times, brought on by Covid-19. They generously donated hundreds of pounds of food to “Obras del Espiritu Santo,” which feeds 200 children every day. As a company, we continue giving back to the communities we call our home!
