Safety isn't just checking a box at Rosendin; it's a personal commitment. Recently, our officers met in San Jose, California, to kick off a series of workshops in collaboration with JMJ Culture Transformation Consulting that will challenge our perspectives and introduce us to ideas as we team up for the safety and well-being of our employees. At Rosendin, it's safety first - people always. #Rosendin #LeadInspireBuild #BuildingPeople #WeCare
Exciting news!📣 Rosendin now has an official office in Boise, Idaho! Our expansion into the Boise area meets an increased demand in the region for high-tech infrastructure – including large technology, commercial & healthcare companies. "Our Boise office is already working with schools to develop workforce training programs and a skilled trades camp for kids while deepening our relationship with Boise State University's Construction Management program through a $10,000 donation and our first summer intern at the local office," said Dustin McIntosh, Rosendin Senior Project Manager. We are excited to bring our expertise to this area and look forward to developing relationships with local businesses that share our mission to create jobs. We look forward to seeing you in Boise!
#Rosendin's safety teams work hard at all of our locations and job sites nationally to excel in our safety procedures and standards. We are proud to say that our teams' efforts have earned us the ConstructSecure, Inc. Platinum Safety Award this year! This award is presented to companies that register a safety score of 95% or greater in the Safety Assessment Program administered by ConstructSecure. The Safety Assessment Program reviews a company’s historical safety performance and current safety management systems. “Platinum status is not easily achieved. May is #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, a time to raise awareness of those living with mental or behavioral health issues and help reduce the stigma. Taking the time to talk about mental health and provide education and help may even save a life. According to the Centers for Disease Prevention, construction occupations have the highest rate of suicide and the highest number of suicides across all occupational groups. At #Rosendin, our responsibility as a leader in the industry is to address mental health as a safety priority. We do this by creating safe cultures, raising awareness about the suicide crisis in construction, normalizing conversations surrounding suicide and mental health, and ultimately decreasing the risks associated with suicide and mental health crises in our industry. Take the first step to STAND up for suicide prevention at Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention's information page: https://lnkd.in/gPFA3wx #BuildingPeople #MentalHealth #MentalHealthAwareness #SuicidePrevention #ConstructionIndustry #STANDupforSuicidePrevention
