"I want to express just how grateful I am for this scholarship. It means the world to my family and me, and puts me that much closer to starting my life as a construction management professional. I can honestly say that every time my schoolwork or being in college in general gets hard, the thought of Rosendin, the future, and all the opportunity that will come, gets me through it. Thank you - Heather"
The COVID-19 pandemic has closed college campuses and canceled summer internships, but one construction company is still supporting college students. Rosendin, the largest employee-owned electrical contracting firm in the U.S., will give each one of its summer interns a scholarship. Rosendin’s showcase program is one of the most coveted in the nation for students studying project management, electrical engineering, construction, computer modeling, and other career paths aligned with large-scale commercial and industrial building. However, due to concerns for the health and safety of the 2020 intern class and current Rosendin employees amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Rosendin made the decision to cancel this year’s summer internship program.

The changes we have implemented on our project sites are focused on keeping each other, our families, and our communities safe. We refuse to let this virus win. Thank you again for all you do!
In a time when we are all practicing social distancing and many are working remotely, our water bodies are getting cleaner, the air quality index is improving, and animals are being sighted in the open. This Earth Day, make a pledge for yourself and your family to help cut down on the amount of waste we throw away.
When the COVID-19 outbreak started in the U.S., Rosendin worked with several other subcontractors and construction companies to devise a set of safety protocols for job sites.
