Fortune and Great Place to Work® is proud to recognize Rosendin as one of the 2020 best work places in the Bay Area!
We are all in this together, and Rosendin is proud to have answered the call to the current challenges facing our nation. Our team in Southern California moved quickly to create a temporary COVID-19 medical treatment facility at the Fairgrounds, in Indio, CA. Working with Turner Construction Company, and several trade partners, the Fullenwider Auditorium and Taj Mahal Building were converted into medical centers providing 125 temporary beds for the care of COVID-19 patients. Rosendin installed the emergency backup power, retrofitted existing fixtures, and installed additional fixtures for both buildings to ensure they would remain powered and well-lit in the event of a power failure. At Rosendin, we believe that projects like this are extremely essential to our communities and the country. It is both our duty and our privilege to support projects that can help those in need and assist our brave health care workers.
I feel empowered being a woman in construction. Just remember that you deserve to be here just as much as the men do. You have earned your spot. Own it." - Jayne M., Safety Coordinator, Rosendin
“What advice would you have for a young woman considering a career in construction?”

Pictured below are Tom Sorley, Larry Beltramo, Justin Tinoco, Keith Douglas, Mike Greenawalt, Matt Englert, Paolo Degrassi, and Jim Hawk. CEO, Tom Sorley, announced that he and President, Larry Beltramo, would be stepping down from their current positions. Effective January 2020, Mike Greenawalt will become CEO, and Paolo Degrassi will be President of Rosendin. Rosendin will now have two COOs, Keith Douglas and Matt Englert. Their positions grew out of restructuring due to next year's retirement of Executive Vice President, Jim Hawk. Justin Tinoco will round out the executive team as the new EVP. Tom and Larry will remain on Rosendin’s Board of Directors, and along with Jim, the three will continue to be part of Rosendin’s Executive Committee to provide support and mentoring to the new executive team. Tom and Jim will be retiring at the end of 2020, and Larry will continue to support and mentor the new leadership in a reduced role beyond 2020.
Rosendin is teaming up with the nonprofit Bridges to Prosperity to design and build the suspension bridge in a mountainous farming region in the Muhanga District. A team of six Rosendin and four Webcor employees traveled to Rwanda on Nov. 9, where they spent two weeks building the 161-ft long suspension footbridge over the Miguramo River, a dangerous waterway that splits community resources and is impassible five months of the year.
Rosendin's team in Prineville, OR collected and donated 5.5 tons of food to the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Crook County (SVdPCC) Food Pantry. October was Employee Ownership Month and throughout the month Rosendin's employee-owners in offices across the country collected over 40,000 non-perishable food items. These items were donated to food pantries in each area to help families in need with emergency food during vulnerable times.
Rosendin salutes all active-duty military and veterans across the nation. With gratitude for your service to America on Veterans Day and always!
