Everything else is bad, they decreased pay from the year before, management treats you horribly as a contract employee and the actual IBM employees are making a lot more. They will offer to renew your contract continuously with the chance of coming on as an IBMer sometime in the future but they are also constantly doing layoffs. Training is horrible as well.

CTG contractors receive lower pay and fewer benefits compared to Lenovo employees. Some CTG PTO is automatically used for Lenovo holidays, giving you less flexibility in how you use your time off. Opportunities for pay raises are limited, and the company is unlikely to match competitive offers from other employers.

Low pay, no chance for a raise/bonus. Even if you take on a lead role you make the same as anyone else.
