Pros

So many but my favorites - The best people and management in industry so much it feels like family. Everyone works hard and looks out for each other in this group. We can work from home or in office or hybrid. The campus is beautiful. Management favors family and flexibility. They are involved, supportive, available. The team is unique and accepting. We care about each other. Our Manager works really hard, is supportive, cares about the team and team synergy. Our customers can be tough but they rely on us and we become close. Our jib is not the same one day to the next so it is exciting and never boring or dull. For these reasons I highly recomend.

Cons

The job is fast pace and challenging. I work hard and some times weird hours. It can be overwhelming but the pros make it very enjoyable.

Pros

Worst Private Company I ever worked for. Only benefit, you get to work remotely!!!

Cons

Micromanages for EVERYTHING. You need permission to use the bathroom. Only 120 hours of PTO (Everything in one bucket). If you run out of PTO, you are forced to work including when you are sick or your child (ZERO WORK BALANCE). Management minors your screen every second. Management tells you when to take breaks and lunches. You need management approval to call the next department. Management listens to every phone conversations with your coworkers. SO MUCH WRONG WITH PRIVATE COMPANY. They are unable retain employees. People fly in and fly out of the company like flies. Lack of Benefits. Lack of incentive to excel.

Pros

Campus was pretty cool. Traveling frequently was nice if you like that.

Cons

Poor management. Unrealistic expectations and no real manager guidance. Most training came from coworkers. Benefits were not good. No real work/life balance, especially with projects in different time zones (on-call a lot, even in the middle of the night). Very mentally exhausting. Constant employee drama (could be a pro if you like gossip).
